The Coaching Relationship
Evergreen coaching is designed as an ongoing relationship, not a series of individual sessions. Monthly coaching relationships are designed with a minimum six-month expectation, giving us time to understand the business, identify patterns, implement changes, and create meaningful progress together.
Protecting Your Coaching Time
Coaching sessions are intentionally reserved for each client. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
