Founder & business coach
Jennifer Gore
Jenn Gore is a lawyer, entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Evergreen Business Coaching, a premier advisory firm helping law firm owners and entrepreneurs build businesses that are profitable, scalable, and ultimately sellable.
After successfully building and scaling Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group, Jenn founded Evergreen Business Coaching in 2023 to help business owners avoid the costly mistakes, operational bottlenecks, and leadership challenges she experienced firsthand while growing her own company. Since then, she has worked with law firm owners and entrepreneurs across the country, helping them create businesses that operate with greater clarity, accountability, and profitability.
Jenn is best known for founding and scaling Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group into a multi-location firm serving clients throughout the Atlanta Metro Area. Under her leadership, the firm experienced significant growth in revenue, team size, and case volume, earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies for multiple consecutive years.
Her work building a modern, high-performing law firm earned numerous accolades, including Super Lawyers Rising Star (2018–2024), the National Trial Lawyers Award for Best Social Media, the Daily Report Award for Best Social Media, the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award, and recognition as one of The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers.
In 2025, Jenn successfully sold Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group to one of the largest personal injury law firms in the United States. Following the acquisition, she remained as a partner, helping lead growth initiatives, operational improvements, leadership development, and business strategy. This experience gave her a unique perspective on both scaling a law firm and successfully navigating a business sale and integration into a national organization.
Today, through Evergreen Business Coaching, Jenn advises law firm owners and entrepreneurs on the key drivers of sustainable growth:

She is the co-author of Tiger Tactics: CEO Edition and has been featured in Forbes, USA Today, and numerous podcasts and industry events discussing entrepreneurship, leadership, and law firm growth.
In addition to her business ventures, Jenn is deeply committed to leadership and community impact. She serves as Past President of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation and remains actively involved in initiatives that support education, scholarships, and the advancement of women in the legal profession.
Today, Jenn works with a select group of law firm owners and entrepreneurs committed to building businesses that operate with clarity, structure, and intention while creating long-term enterprise value and meaningful impact.

Melissa Braun, MBA
Melissa Braun brings extensive leadership and operational experience across private industry, government, and the legal field. Her career has been centered on helping organizations create structure, improve accountability, and build systems that support sustainable growth.
Before entering the legal industry, Melissa served as Director of Operations for an international company, leading teams across sales, production, shipping, human resources, and operations while overseeing significant organizational growth and technology implementation. She also worked as an analyst at the state and federal levels, where she developed the compliance, analytical, and systems-thinking skills required in high-accountability environments.
Melissa later brought her operational expertise to personal injury law, serving as Chief Operating Officer for a growing plaintiff’s firm. There, she built financial reporting systems, intake workflows, KPI dashboards, staff accountability frameworks, and operational processes designed to support growth and improve performance.

At Evergreen, Melissa works directly with law firm owners and leadership teams to create structure, improve execution, and build businesses that can scale with confidence. She is passionate about helping firms move from reactive operations to intentional growth while creating stronger experiences for both clients and team members.
Chief Marketing Officer & Marketing Strategist
Lindsey Putt
Lindsey Putt brings more than a decade of experience in media buying, advertising, and marketing strategy. She began her career in broadcast television in 2012 before expanding into digital and programmatic media, giving her a unique understanding of how traditional and digital marketing work together to drive growth.
With specialized expertise in legal marketing, Lindsey works directly with law firm owners, CMOs, and Marketing Directors to build smarter marketing strategies, manage budgets, evaluate performance, and improve return on marketing investment.
